TRADERS RUN OVER BY RECKLESS DRIVER

Just as the nation celebrated her independence, there were certain incidents which happened on that same day. Among the incidents,  was an unfortunate case for the road side traders of Iyana Ipaja, Lagos State, where a reckless driver driving an Xterra Jeep 2001 Model coming out from inside Iyana Ipaja linking the Lagos Abeokuta Express road ran into unsuspecting road side traders leaving several seriously injured with goods damaged. An eye witness says “Nobody knew what went wrong with the jeep. After running into the traders, he quietly came down from the jeep and offer helping hand after he had locked up the car”. As at the time of filling in this reports members of the Nigerian police for and LASMA have not arrive the scene. Thank God no d*ath reports.

Report just disclosed recently tells about, some female inmates of the Owerri Prisons have been checked for pregnancy at the Federal Medical Centre in the capital city of Imo State, to ascertain their status, following reports of alleged sex scandal that rocked the prison. Their test results are still being awaited. Reportedly, the affected female prison inmates have been taken to the hospital on the directive of the Comptroller General of Prisons, Zakari Ibrahim. According to the investigation by LEADERSHIP, the Comptroller General sent a delegation to the Owerri prison shortly after reports of the alleged sexual relationship between some unnamed prison officials and the inmates were made public. It has been also learnt that the pregnancy test became imperative after a particular inmate was allegedly discovered to be pregnant a few months after her conviction..
