Research has show that, when an individual want to live long and get stronger even at old age, it starts from the early stage of life. Apart from eating of good food, regular exercises, positive thinking which are part of healthy living, there are three necessary parts which are most times not regarded by certain people. These three(3) factors are very simple to follow and they guarantee you a better and long life spam. They are;
1)One should not take alcohol
2)One should not smoke
3)One should not go to women until his time comes for settling down.
