Believe it or not, this is true. Just the same way you are shocked, that was also the was OUR CORRESPONDENT was. It was a very blow when it was reported that human fish was found in Ibadan, Oyo State, and many resident flee due to how strange  the fish was, this photo was reportedly being the real fish that the resident of Ibadan saw.
